Shenzhen Airport T3 Terminal
The design proposal submitted by the Italian architectural firm Fuksas has been finally selected for the Shenzhen Airport T3 Terminal. The terminal is expected to be completed and put into use by the end of 2012. Once operational, it will provide 62 near parking positions and several adjacent remote parking positions, accommodating the largest aircraft, the A380, and significantly alleviating the tight parking situation at Shenzhen Airport.

According to reports, after the completion and operation of Terminal 2, the annual passenger throughput capacity will reach 38 million, an increase of nearly 50% compared to the current annual passenger throughput.
