TPV, or thermoplastic vulcanizate, is a next‑generation environmentally friendly sealing material developed on the basis of conventional vulcanized EPDM. Its most distinctive feature is its ability to set permanently in water, making it ideal for producing seal strips with complex cross‑sections, thin walls, large dimensions, and expansion joint applications. Moreover, thanks to its excellent pre‑crosslinked, eco‑friendly properties, it is particularly well suited for on‑site corner joining and, under certain conditions, can be reused multiple times, achieving “zero waste” in building sealant applications.
