EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) rubber offers excellent chemical stability, as well as outstanding resistance to ozone, weathering, and heat aging, making it suitable for use in natural environments exposed to sunlight and moisture; it is currently a widely used, general-purpose sealing material in the domestic construction industry

EPDM-S sealing strips—known domestically as "modified EPDM"—represent an upgraded version of standard EPDM, positioned as a high-quality sealing product. Compared to conventional EPDM, EPDM-S offers enhanced sealing performance and durability while significantly improving material compatibility; it is highly compatible with silicone sealants, aluminum, glass, ceramic tiles, and stone, delivering overall performance characteristics that approach those of silicone rubber

TPV (Thermoplastic Vulcanizate) is a new generation of eco-friendly sealing material developed from traditional vulcanized EPDM. Its most notable feature is the ability to set in water, making it ideal for producing large-sized, thin-walled, or complex-profile sealing strips, including those for expansion joints. Additionally, its eco-friendly, pre-crosslinked nature makes it particularly suitable for on-site corner splicing; it can also be recycled multiple times under specific conditions, enabling "zero-waste" usage of construction sealing strips
