China Zun is a super tall building located in the core area of the CBD in Chaoyang District, Beijing, with a height of 528m.
Once completed, it will be the tallest landmark building in Beijing. 'Zun' is an ancient ceremonial vessel, symbolizing respect and reverence, traditionally held with both hands raised to the top, embodying the spirit of standing tall. Therefore, the designer uses 'China Zun' to signify the tallest building in Beijing: the building soars straight into the clouds, demonstrating a towering presence, which aligns with the essence of 'Zun'. Additionally, using 'Zun' as the architectural form distinguishes it from the common linear shapes of other super tall buildings in Beijing, allowing this building to distinctly reflect a solemn Eastern charm amidst the cluster of skyscrapers in the CBD core area.
On June 8, 2014, the results of the 'Top Ten Contemporary Buildings in China' selection were announced, and China Zun was awarded 'Top Ten Contemporary Buildings in China'.Using Lianheqiang brand sealing strips.
